Judo Seoi-Nage Setup from Left v. Right
Here is a a high percentage setup for Seoi-Nage when you are in a Left v. Right situation and the opponent gets inside grip/space. Works great for lefties and also for righties that post left as part of their gripping sequences. NOTE: In this video when in a right foot first stance I step left first to create pressure. I did this here to simplify teaching. You can just as easily and often more effectively use tsugi-ashi stepping before entry.
